FLY TO DUBAI RAFFLE DRAW– TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Fly to Dubai lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as Raffle/Lucky draw)
• ELIGIBILITY :
• The Raffle draw is open to couples aged 18 years and above.
• The Raffle draw is open to customers who make a minimum purchase of wedding jewellery amounting to RM 12,000 in a single transaction at any Malabar Gold & Diamonds showrooms in Malaysia (Except Ampang Point Showroom) during the Raffle Draw Period.
• RAFFLE DRAW PERIOD:
• The promotional period for this Raffle draw starts on 17th January 2025 and ends on 16th February 2025.
• Purchases made outside the Raffle draw period will not be eligible for the Raffle draw.
• RAFFLE DRAW COUPON:
• For every jewellery purchase of RM 12,000, Customers will receive one (1) Lucky Draw Coupon.
• Lucky Draw Coupon will be provided at the time of the purchase and must be retained in good condition for entry into the Raffle draw. Any defaced or damaged Lucky Draw Coupons will be considered void.
• Lucky draw coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
• WINNER SELECTION:
• One lucky couple will be chosen through the Raffle draw and will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai, UAE
• The Lucky Draw Coupon covers round-trip economy class airfare, and accommodation with breakfast for 4 days and 3 nights. Only the specified expenses will be included in the Lucky Draw Coupon, and any additional personal expenses and optional activities will not be covered.
• RAFFLE DRAW DATE AND ANNOUNCEMENT :
• The raffle draw will take place on 18th February 2024 at Malabar Gold & Diamonds showroom in Jalan Masjid India, Opposite to A2B.
• The winners will be randomly selected on 18th February 2024 and published through the Malabar Gold & Diamonds website.
• WINNER NOTIFICATION:
• Winners will be notified via phone using the contact details provided during the purchase of the jewellery.
• If the winners cannot be reached within 2 days from the date of Raffle draw, a new winner will be selected for the Lucky Draw Coupon.
• VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY :
• Winners must provide proof of purchase (Invoice) and a valid ID to claim the Lucky Draw Coupon.
• Failure to do so within the Claiming period will result in disqualification from the Eligibility.
• CLAIMING PERIOD:
• The Lucky Draw Coupon must be claimed by the Winners within 2 weeks from the date of notification.
• Failure to claim the Lucky Draw Coupon within the Claiming period will result in non-eligibility and another winner will be selected.
• Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods.
• MARKETING:
• By participating in the Raffle Draw, the participant hereby agrees and confirms permission to use any photos or videos depicting the participant, generated as a part of the Raffle Draw, for Malabar Gold & Diamonds marketing, branding, advertisement, and publication activities.
• This permission extends to the use of participant-related photos or videos in various promotional materials, including but not limited to print media, social media platforms, and television advertisements. The participant acknowledges and consents that the Malabar Gold & Diamonds may utilize these materials for promotional purposes without any further consent or compensation.
• PERSONAL INFORMATION:
• Personal information collected during the Raffle draw will only be used for the purpose of administering the Raffle draw and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
• GENERAL TERMS :
• Employees of Malabar Gold & Diamonds and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle draw.
• Malabar Gold & Diamonds reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Raffle Draw at any time without any prior notice.
• By participating, customers/participant agree to abide by these Terms and conditions.
• The decisions of Malabar Gold & Diamonds on all matters relating to the Raffle draw are final and binding.
• Travel insurance is not included; winners are responsible for arranging their own insurance.
• Participants may be disqualified for providing false information or violating any terms and conditions.
• Participation in the Raffle draw is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the customers/participant.
• Malabar Gold & Diamonds, along with its group companies, affiliates, and marketing agencies, shall not be held liable to any winner for any loss, including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, expenses, damages, personal injury, or death. This includes any such incidents or outcomes, whether or not arising from any person's negligence, in connection with this Raffle draw or the acceptance or use of the Lucky Draw Coupon. The exemption extends to any incidents that may occur during the winner's trip to Dubai.
• Malabar Gold & Diamonds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of such changes through the Malabar Gold & Diamonds website.
• Malabar Gold & Diamonds shall neither be held accountable nor held responsible to the Winners for bad conduct and misbehavior from any third person during the event of trip to Dubai.
